Ryan Abernethy is a University of Florida graduate with his Master’s Degree in Tax Law (LL.M. Taxation), a founding member of the Estate Planning and Elder Law Society at Florida State University College of Law and a member of the Real Property and Probate, Tax Law and Young Lawyers sections of the Florida Bar Association. His areas of practice include business planning, asset protection planning, estate, gift and generation skipping, tax minimization planning, charitable gift planning and trust and estate administration. Ryan is excited to join his father, Bruce, working to carry forward the same qualities and standards he’s established at their practice.
